We Deliver Your Order As Fast As Possible
Every order we get receives individual hands on attention to make sure we get it right the first time. For local delivery on our company truck, we will contact you via phone, fax, or e-mail to schedule your delivery in advance. Please comment with your order if you wish to leave special instructions. Local mattress deliveries of up to 30 miles can often be made the same day. Trade area deliveries up to 75 miles are done in 2-3 business days. Local and trade area spa and billiard table delivery and set-ups require a moderate amount of pre-planning to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Free Nationwide Shipping on orders over $34.99
UPS and USPS orders usually ship within 24 hours or first thing Monday for weekend orders.
Pool tables are only available for local delivery and set-up. We do not offer Free Nationwide Shipping on pool tables.
Hot Tubs are only available for local delivery. We do not offer Free Nationwide Shipping on Hot Tubs.
Most innerspring and technology foam mattress sets are available for Free delivery in our trade area on our company trucks. (about 75 miles around Sedalia) We do not offer Free Nationwide Shipping on most mattress sets.
Shipping and Return Policies:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is not currently in stock or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your items are available for immediate shipment (within 24-48 hours), we submit the order for shipment.
Most orders are shipped within 48 standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm). Orders recieved before 12:00pm on a business day will most commonly ship the same day.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
UPS Freight (LTL)
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers available.
Shipping Rates/International Shipping
All orders over $34.99 ship free in the United States.
International orders over $34.99 may be subject to an additional fee. We will subsidize part of the actual cost to ship, generally an amount large enough to make international shipping affordable for you. Most small items (under 12" in length and 1lbs in weight) will ship to Canada for free via USPS, providing the order total is over $34.99, but exceptions do apply. International orders under $34.99 may be subject to fees in addition to our minimum shipping charge.
The rate charged for international shipping on your order is based on the weight and size of the products and the final destination of the package. After checkout the cart may show that shipping is free when in fact it is not. We will contact you about any additional shipping charges, and will cheerfully cancel the order if you do not wish to accept the fees.
If an item goes on back-order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock unless notifed to do otherwise. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of the order. There will be no additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to the card provided, it will ship within 24 hours from the date of charge. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided. Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If there is damage, a note should be made when signing for delivery. If your items do arrive damaged, please contact us immediatly. We may request that you send photos to email@example.com to begin the resolution process.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you order has shipped, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges. In all cases, Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that used when placing the order.
Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original (unused) condition to be returned, except in the case of a manufacturer defect. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. There are no refunds on the original shipping charge.

3. Include in your package a brief note stating the reason for your return and a copy of the the original receipt or order confirmation.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Hot Tub Circuit Boards cannot be returned.
Hot Tub Control Panels cannot be returned.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Pillows, mattress protectors, mattress pads and other top of bed items are not eligible for return once they have been removed from the original packaging unless found to be defective and under a manufacturers warranty.
Any item returned after 30 days from date of delivery to you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling.
If an item is in new condition, it may be exchanged for an item of a different size or color if there is no price difference between the original purchase and the exchange (example: billiard felt). There will not be a restocking fee in this case, but the buyer will have to pay for return shipping.
